Project-affected People‘s Mechanism (PPM)

AIIB's Policy on the Project-affected People‘s Mechanism (PPM) applies to this Program. The PPM has been established by AIIB to provide an opportunity for an independent and impartial review of submissions from Project-affected people who believe they have been or are likely to be adversely affected by AIIB's failure to implement the ESP in situations when their concerns cannot be addressed satisfactorily through the GRM 53 or the processes of AIIB's Management.

As agreed with MSEDCL, the Bank‘s PPM will be disclosed on the MSEDCL‘s website as the main implementing agency and as the main counterparty to AIIB with a reference to Program activities.
